Intramural Days

                 Last October 8 and 9 ,the intramural was held and celebrated in our school here in Ilocos Sur National  High School.When the program begun the athletes with the marching band parade in our campus and directly go in the gym,to start the said activity or program.The invited guest speaker is Mr.Ryan Singson the city Vice Mayor they give him a warmed welcome.

My Teacher,My Hero

             Everyone of us has a hero.Hero that helps and protect us if we are in danger like superman that can fly.But for me my hero doesn't fly,she/he is only a ordinary person.she/he teaches me in different subjects.do you know her/him?she/he is my teacher.

             October 1,2010 the world teachers day was celebrate in different schools and different countries.and that was the day that they did not teach to us.Some students assigned to substitute our different teachers in every subjects.I treated all of my teachers as a hero.Because they are the one who thought me in different subjects.I am happy,because they are there to support and guide us in our studies..

what are the advantages and disadvantages of internet?

The advantages of internet is helps you to create or search your projects easier and to communicate to your relatives who are far of you while the disadvantages you may be facing grave danger as your personal information such  as your name,address and some important things about your personality and it also affects your studies if you over use it.

is internet as good as other says?

yes,because it helps you to search some difficult words and to communicate with other people using friendster or facebook.
